Quarterly Dues Payment Reminder
Residents are required to evacuate the building immediately. All residents must follow the designated emergency routes and meet at the community center for safety coordination.
The quarterly dues for the current fiscal year are due by the 15th of the month. Late fees will be applied after this date. Please ensure your payment is processed through the secure portal.

Community Board Meeting Schedule
Unit Maintenance Notice
The next quarterly board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 24th at 6:00 PM in the community hall. All residents are encouraged to attend to discuss upcoming community projects and budget allocations.
Planned maintenance work will be conducted on the main elevator system from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday, October 28th. Please plan your travel accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
